Challenge
When building our mobile app BAS to support our ERP system BAS Online, we wanted to add barcode scanning without relying on additional hardware — just standard mobile devices.
We hadn’t used a barcode scanning product before, but we explored several options including IronBarcode, Scanbot, Dynamsoft, and some open-source solutions.
What we needed was a reliable SDK with strong functionality at a fair price.
Solution
We chose the barKoder SDK because the content of the SDK compared to its price was unbeatable, and the support was excellent from the very beginning.
During implementation, I had a few questions and ran into some bugs, but the barKoder team helped me resolve them quickly. The SDK was straightforward to integrate and gave us the scanning functionality we needed.
Result

From a developer’s perspective, I’d love to see a full-featured example app provided in the future, as that would save even more implementation time and help barKoder stand out even further from competitors.
